Keya Neal is an ABCH Certified, Colorist, Educator, Coach and Stylist of 25 years and salon owner for 10 years. Keya has been an educator and platform artist for several major brands. Keya founded the Kolour Kulture in 2015, designed to educate and empower all nationalities and cultures with unparalleled curriculums shared through various outlets, including: trade shows, national independent classes, seminars, expos and Kulture Kamp. Keya coaches and mentors individually and in groups through Koaching online education and live webinars. Keya’s Kolour Interpretation curriculum is unique in delivery as it is easy to understand and has been proven to increase confidence and profitability. Keya was the only African American female educator at the ABCH Summit 2018 and is scheduled to be the Keynote speaker for the 2019 Energizing Summit. Keya is committed to increasing inclusion and diversity within the beauty industry, hence, birthing her new movement and initiative, TEXTURE vs RACE. Her ultimate goal is to share the love of color with everyone and improve the overall landscape of the beauty industry.
